This home was built in 1989 and needed a few major updates. We began in the Kitchen and demolished all of the existing kitchen. Our homeowners wanted a warm contemporary feel for their new kitchen. We selected espresso cabinets with a warm white quartz countertop and some fun tile to add interest and depth to the room. A stunning bright light fixture was selected above the large island. This new space has everything it needs for a new modern kitchen.
The next phase of this remodel was to tackle all three bathrooms. The Master bath went through a major overhaul. The new bathroom features a large walk in shower with zero entry flooring. The lack of a shower door prompted us to protect the surrounding walls with a neutral porcelain tile. The vanity area has fantastic storage and some unique and useful lighting.
The guest bath has some unique features as well. In the shower we used a half glass door that swings out for ease of use especially while bathing children or pets. Another stand out feature is the use of pendant lighting at the vanity.
The Powder bath was all about the dramatic and fun wall paper. This room has plenty of storage and even more personality to wow any guest.
