Full service kitchen design and remodeling
Location: Scottsdale Country Club
This home was built in 1989 and needed a few major updates. Our homeowners wanted a warm contemporary feel for their new kitchen. We selected flat panel espresso cabinets with a warm white quartz countertop. On this island, we used a waterfall edge. For backsplash, we decided on a fun tile to add interest to the room. A stunning linear light fixture was selected to go above above the large island.
In the next phase of this remodel, we tackled all three bathrooms. The master bath went through a major overhaul. The new bathroom features a zero entry large walk in shower. The lack of a shower door prompted us to protect the surrounding walls with a neutral porcelain tile. The vanity area cabinetry matches the kitchen and has vessel sinks & modern lighting. Adjecent to the vanity, we had enough space to add an area for our client to sit and do her makeup in the mornining.
The guest bath has some unique features as well. In the shower we used a half glass door that swings out for ease of use. This is especially useful while bathing children or pets, both of which our client has! We used a neutral porcelain tile on the walls fun pendant lighting. We again used a vessel sink and a vanity with plenty of storage for guests.
The powder bath was all about the fun wall paper! We let that steal the show and used a pedestal sink.
