Owner

Originally from Durango, Colorado, Erin Robert has called Scottsdale home for over 25 years. As a proud Arizona State University graduate and seasoned business owner, Erin brings a strong foundation in leadership, operations, and customer service to Kitchens by Good Guys.

Before acquiring the company, Erin successfully owned and operated a thriving home services business, where she developed a reputation for operational excellence and a people-first approach. Her passion for design, quality craftsmanship, and creating elevated home experiences made remodeling a natural next chapter.

Erin leads with a hands-on, thoughtful style—ensuring that every project is not only beautifully designed and expertly built, but also managed with the highest level of care. From the initial consultation to the final walk-through, she and her team deliver a luxury, white-glove experience tailored to each client’s vision and lifestyle.

At Kitchens by Good Guys, Erin is dedicated to building lasting relationships and helping homeowners fall in love with their homes all over again.

Amber Carfield

Senior Design Consultant/Team Management

Amber is the senior Kitchen Design expert at Good Guys. She will be with you all the way through your project as the project manager. Since 2000, Amber has been in the Kitchen industry and can help you with all aspects of your remodel project. She will narrow your options according to your color and style preference to help you make a final decision. She can also add true value by laying out a clear blueprint of how your project will proceed. Amber will help your visions become a reality by following a step by step program: evaluate, build a concept, design development, specification, documentation, budget establishment, and implementation. Amber sincerely wants to be helpful and wants to ensure that the end result of your project is everything you hoped for.

Simone Bumpus

Lead Designer

Simone, an Arizonan native, has always loved the design field. After getting her degree in Interior Design at Scottsdale Community College, she found her way to Kitchens by Good Guys and has been a part of the design team since 2016.

Simone as your designer will help through the entire process from the initial consultation, the design phase and finish selections all the way through completion - making sure the end result is the dream space you've always wanted. She takes pride in listening to her clients and reflecting what they envisioned, bringing it to life. Building client relationships are extremely important to her and is grateful you trust her with your project at Good Guys.

In her spare time, she loves going to local coffee shops, art museums, farmers markets and concerts. Anything that’s creative and fun!

Mackenzie Couto

Lead Designer

With over five years of experience as a Lead Designer at Kitchens by Good Guys, Mackenzie brings creativity, precision, and warmth to every project she works on. After earning her associate's degree in Graphic Design in upstate New York, she moved to Arizona to continue her education in Interior Design at Arizona State University. There is where she found her passion for creating beautiful, functional spaces.

Mackenzie is known for her attention to detail and her ability to design spaces that reflect each client's unique lifestyle and taste. She thrives on the personal connection that comes with every remodel and loves working with a range of design styles, from classic to contemporary and everything in between.

When she's not designing kitchens and bathrooms, you'll find Mackenzie nurturing her ever-growing collection of plants (a few have even made their way into the showroom!), baking sweet treats, or spending time with her dog and two cats.
